Christmas meals for older people.
We are providing Christmas Dinners in December in a warm and friendly environment for vulnerable older people as part of our Balanced Lives Warm Hubs initiative this winter.
Our Balanced Lives programmes have provided vital support for older people throughout the year with exercises to increase strength and mobility, plus events to boost social interaction and mental wellbeing. We also offered a full programme of digital support.
Throughout December, as part of our Balanced Lives Warm Hubs initiative, we are providing Christmas Dinners to spread much needed Christmas Cheer to take people’s minds off the Cost of Living crisis. Many older people are feeling lonely, anxious and vulnerable this winter. These events will bring people together and give them a nourishing hot meal. Donate and help us to help more people this winter.

Our recent Survey found that 45% of older people said their health is being affected by the rising cost of living. We would like to expand these hubs further but need your help urgently.
