How to take part

Action for Elders Programmes in mid-Glamorgan

Our Qi Gong classes meet in Cowbridge and Pontyclun and are taught by our experienced teacher, Kerry Sanson. The classes are suitable for all abilities.

There is always time for tea and chat after the events,

We often join with other local groups for one-off events such as film shows, local walks and social events, so keep an eye on our events page for any activities coming up near you.

Suitable for all abilities

The classes contain a mix of exercise and social activities, including gentle exercise for all abilities, basic health advice and the chance to share your life and skills with other people.

It is an opportunity to meet with people of similar age and interests and to get some suggestions to improve overall health and well-being in a friendly, helpful environment. If you enjoy the company of others and would like our mix of exercise and social activity, these are the perfect classes for you.
