Adrian Scott our Digital Support Specialist can help you with all tech matters. Adrian is our friendly digital and technology expert. He can advise on setting up and using phones, tablets or desktop computers.

If you are looking to keep in contact with loved ones or access digital services, Adrian can help to get you on line and stay connected.

Adrian has undertaken full safeguarding training and is fully DBS checked. His role is to get older people online as quickly and as easily as possible. He can help you to understand and be confident in all matters digital.

Adrian is available for home visits and also hosts live Digital Advice Sessions at our Balanced Lives programme locations in South Wales.

Adrian can also help you wherever you are in the UK. He offers telephone support and can guide you step-by-step to solve any technical problems you may have, from hardware and software to Wi-Fi connection issues.
