How Action for Elders can help you

We provide a bespoke service delivered by our fully-qualified tech team, led by Adrian, who is approachable, understanding of all your needs and can help you be safe, secure and confident online.

Whether you need help with a laptop, tablet, mobile phone, access to banking apps or want to solve Wi-Fi connection problems, we provide a fully-fledged practical help service.

How we deliver our support

We provide telephone support and in some cases home visits. We also offer a full range of services via our website; including how to make video calls via Zoom, WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger, easy guides to internet jargon and staying safe online.

How online access can change your life for the better

Older people are increasingly finding they are being locked out of many services as health provision, shopping and banking become only available online. Access to the internet can make your day-to-day living much easier. In fact, it can change your life.

Getting online can become a lot easier with our help.

Online safety and security

It is important to feel safe and secure when going online. We provide help and advice in all aspects of digital safety.

All of our staff are DBS checked and we are members of the Welsh Government’s Digital Inclusion Alliance Wales.
