How Your Gifts Help
Action for Elders only exists because of the generous grants and donations we receive.
As a charity that supports older people in the community, we know you like to help older people keep in contact with their friends, relatives and the outside world.
We also know you would like them to live long, active and healthy lives.
This is why we are asking you to donate generously to help reduce loneliness, to help older people keep active and to bring them happiness.
Your donations will go towards:
Tablets for people in care homes so they can keep in touch with their family
Balanced Lives exercise classes to keep healthy and socially involved
Training and support to help old people learn how to access others online
Maintain our social groups from “Tea and Chat” meetings to taking part in our Book Club
Supporting older people’s health with walking programmes for health and pleasure.
