Research has shown that staying active in our older years can maintain confidence and reduce the likelihood of falls or make recovery faster.

Action for Elders believe that every older person should be able to live life to the full - mobility and physical health are the key to this, no matter what your ability.  

If you are concerned about facing the winter or worried about someone you love who is older, then here are a few simple steps that you can take to ensure that you are in the best possible shape to enjoy Christmas and the colder months.
