Our new series of Getting Online events is designed to help you get connected and solve all your digital problems.

Adrian Scott our Digital Support Specialist will be on hand at this series of friendly, interactive live events to answer your questions on technical issues.

Bring along your own device: Adrian, our technology expert can give you step-by-step advice on setting up and using phones, tablets or desktop computers.

Whether you are a novice or just wanting to solve a simple connection problem, we can help you get online and stay connected. This event also includes tea and chat.

Tuesday 22nd February

Venue: Neuadd Cwmllynfell Hall, Cwmllynfell, Neath Port Talbot SA9 2GH.

For this event we will be joined by Eleri Amman Tawe Partnership GP Practice who can help with online services such as askmyGP, My Health Online and the Practice App.

Venue: Dove Workshop, Roman Road, Banwen, Neath Port Talbot SA10 9LW.

Balanced Lives Taster Session

These live events also include a taster session for our popular online Balanced Lives exercise and wellbeing sessions.

From 3pm we will link live on screen to our Balanced Lives Teacher who will show some exercises and take you through the health benefits of gentle but effective movements. Balanced Lives exercise are adaptable to all health conditions and designed to improve your quality of life.
