Our latest Balanced Lives initiative begins on October 5th with an Online Cookery Class, hosted by respected vegetarian chef Justina Bajorinaite. This initial 4-week course aims to broaden your cooking skills to ensure that you eat healthily and come up with some tasty dishes.
Healthy Eating is Important
Whether you are cooking for one or a whole family, healthy eating is important. Action For Elders Balanced Lives programme is all about a healthy lifestyle from exercise to mental wellbeing. A good diet is also very much part of our ethos, so sign up to our Healthy Eating Cookery Class. All members will have special access to recordings of these live classes so you can re-watch them at your leisure and create some ‘award winning’ dishes.
