You can join Balanced Lives online at any time and take part in any of our programmes. We will try and offer the best guidance to help you find the ones most suited to your age and mobility.
Our public sessions are limited to 25 participants at a time. They are based around our existing community groups, but don’t let that concern you as we welcome new participants and we anticipate expanding availability as more people join.

Balanced Lives Participant Zoom Session Timetable
We are running the following Zoom Exercise Sessions weekly. While they are focused on particular active groups, you are welcome to apply to take part nationally. Balanced Lives HOP: Healthy Older People
A brand-new session expanding our reach to healthier older people.
Minimum health requirement – must be able to stand for 45 minutes.
11am – 12 midday – Monday Morning
Friday p.m. Balanced Lives Chi and Chat
7pm to 7.30pm – Friday evening
