To deliver our Balanced Lives programmes to help people have a happier and healthier later life we need to raise funds.

Could you help us?

How you do it would be entirely up to you: from home, at your local club or in the office. Here are just a few ideas our volunteer fundraisers have previously used:

Tea parties and picnics

Concerts and open gardens

Quizzes

Swap shop fashion evenings

Getting local clubs to support us.

You can give as much or as little time as you want to this role.

 

How you could benefit

What will you gain by becoming a volunteer for us?

Training – learning new skills, and gaining up-to-date knowledge of the issues and challenges affecting older people.

The support we’ll provide

Regular support will be given by your Volunteer Co-ordinator, especially in the early stages of your role as you settle in. You will also receive informal support from other volunteers as you work together and attend each other's sessions.

Regular support will be provided
