Life-changing support for Older Community continues.
Now that Spring is here our warm hub events are taking on a new name. Balanced Lives Social Hubs offer the same warm and friendly environments for vulnerable older people of all abilities and ages. They continue as part of our Balanced Lives community initiative.
Our Balanced Lives programmes move into Spring with exciting and inspiring full day events in Wales. Our Balanced Lives Hubs have proved to be a huge success and a valuable lifeline for older people. These two very special weekly events will continue to offer life-changing opportunities for the older community.
Last week to mark the changing of the seasons we offered a special guest remote exercise session with our long-standing Balanced Lives tutor David Lipka to all attendees.

We are offering soup, hot beverages, cost of living advice and digital support. There will also be a classic film each week. The first week it is Rocketman – the story of Elton John’s rise to fame – starring Taron Egerton.
