We want to help build a sustainable and diverse ‘Age Friendly Community,’ to give older people the tools they need to live a better later life. In the current economic and social climate, having a voice is the best way to improve that quality of life; mentally, socially and physically.

Understanding the needs of the older community is hugely important, this will help us to develop programmes with you in mind and ensure that you have a say in the development of your local community.

Bringing People Together

Our Balanced Lives Warm Hubs have been hugely successful in bringing people together in the local community.

In many cases this support has been life-changing. Now, as we move into the spring we are developing Balanced Lives Social Hubs to meet the ever-changing needs of the older community.
